This website is operated by Okie Native Homebuyers LLC, an Oklahoma limited liability company located at 1207 S Lewis Ave, Ste C, Tulsa, OK 74104. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Okie Native Homebuyers LLC. "You" means anyone using this site.
By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site.
2. We are real estate investors — not your agent or advisor
This is the most important thing on this page, so we'll say it plainly:
- We buy residential real estate for our own investment, and we may renovate and resell property, or assign or resell purchase contracts, for a profit.
- We are not acting as your real estate agent or broker, your attorney, your accountant, your tax professional, or your financial advisor.
- We do not represent your interests in a transaction. In any purchase, our interests and yours are naturally different — you want the highest price and we want a workable one.
- We strongly encourage you to get independent legal advice before signing any agreement with us or with anyone else, and independent tax advice before making decisions with tax consequences.
3. Information on this site is general, not advice
The guides and articles here describe Oklahoma law and process in general terms, and we work to keep them accurate. But general information is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for a professional who knows your specific situation.
Laws, court procedures, timelines, fees, and county practices change. Statutes are amended, and individual cases vary widely. Nothing here creates an attorney-client, fiduciary, agency, or professional relationship of any kind. Do not act or refrain from acting based solely on what you read here.
4. No offer is made on this website
Nothing on this site is an offer to buy any property. Any actual offer we make will be communicated to you directly and set out in a written purchase agreement signed by both parties. Website content, estimates, ranges, or examples do not bind us to any price or terms.
5. Our two-business-day cancellation promise
If you sign a purchase agreement with us and change your mind, you may cancel that agreement within two (2) business days of signing — with no penalty, no fee, and no questions asked. Notify us by phone, text, or email at the contact information below and the agreement is terminated.
This is our own voluntary promise to the people we work with. We offer it because nobody should feel locked into a decision made during a hard week. It is in addition to any rights you may already have under law or contract, and it does not limit those rights.
6. Submitting information through this site
When you submit a form here, you're asking us to contact you. You agree that:
- The information you give us is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you have the right to share it — including the right to give us the property address you submit.
- You consent to us contacting you by phone, text message, and email at the contact information you provide, in order to respond to your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will.
- Submitting a form does not create any obligation for you to sell, or for us to buy.

7. The free guide
We offer a downloadable guide in exchange for your name and email address. The guide is general educational information about Oklahoma property matters — not legal or tax advice — and the same limitations in section 3 apply to it. We may send you occasional follow-up emails related to your request; every one will include a way to unsubscribe.
8. Intellectual property
The text, guides, photographs, logo, and design of this site are owned by Okie Native Homebuyers LLC and protected by copyright and trademark law. You're welcome to read, print, and share our pages for your own personal use, and to link to them. Please don't republish, sell, or use our content commercially without our written permission.
Photographs of properties on this site are of real properties we have worked on. Photographs of people are of us.
9. Third-party links and services
We sometimes link to outside resources — county offices, courts, attorneys, agents, and reference material — because they're useful. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, accuracy, or privacy practices.
When we refer you to an attorney, an agent, or another professional, we are giving you a name we trust, not a guarantee of their work. No referral fee changes hands in either direction. You should evaluate any professional independently.
This site uses third-party services to function, including web hosting, form handling, address autocomplete, and analytics. Their use of your information is covered in our privacy policy.
10. No warranty on the site itself
We provide this website "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies. 13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one in effect, and the "last updated" date below tells you when it changed.
